There is no sound (iOS)

General Support -

Make sure that the volume on your device is turned up.

Try using different headphones or speakers to determine where the issue resides.

Ensure that the sensitivity slider within the settings window is not all the way to the left

Ensure that the app has access to the external microphone (iOS). Go to your iOS devices’ general settings. Scroll down to Mogees and make sure that ‘Allow MOGEES TO ACCESS’ ‘Microphone’ is enabled.

 

 

You may also need to clean your headphone socket if the Mogees sensor is not detected.

    Hola chicos! Yo si tengo sonido, si utilizo auriculares suena perfecto en cambio cuando utilizo altavoces me suena mucho mas bajo !! He probado con varios altavoces y con todos me ocurre al usar mogees... con musica no me pasa... ¿Porqué puede ser?

    I went to the extent of buying a general 5 ipod to get this thing working and still nothing. No reaction coming through from the mic.

    I am really at a loss as to what to do. Think I will just return the mogees and deal with having bought an ipod touch just to use it. None of my gestures are appearing. It's as though the mogees is not sending anything to the ipod. Yes the mic is turned on in mogees in the gen sets. Please help.
