How to return a faulty unit

Please note that the following only applies for Mogees purchased directly from Mogees.co.uk

 

Please email support@mogees.co.uk with proof of a defect (a picture or video is helpful). If Mogees Ltd deem your unit to be faulty, you will be asked to return your unit in original packaging to:

Upon receipt of the unit, Mogees Ltd will then arrange postage of a replacement to you. You will be reimbursed the cost of return postage by providing a scan or picture of the postage receipt and sending it to support@mogees.co.uk
