Warranty and Returns Policy

This Limited warranty is provided by Mogees Limited, registered office 10e Branch Place, N1 5PH, London, United Kingdom, (Registered in UK number 8574854 - VAT 186 6552 67) to you as the purchaser of the Mogees Limited branded product(s) (the 'Product') from Mogees Limited, for the Product purchased on www.mogees.co.uk site.

 

If you are a consumer, the rights provided to you under this limited warranty are provided in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed to you by consumer protection laws and regulations and do not affect your legal rights.

We warrant the Product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use on delivery and for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. If the Product proves defective during the warranty period, we will ask you to follow the instructions for returning the Product that we will provide you, and we will take one of the following actions: (i) replace the Product with a product that is the same to the Product you purchased; (ii) repair the Product; or (iii) refund to you the whole of or part of the purchase price of the Product. Due to technological advances and Product availability the replacement Product may differ slightly from the original Product you purchased.

This limited warranty applies to any replacement Product or part, or to any repair, for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days from its dispatch to you, whichever period is longer. All parts and Products you return to us and for which we give you a refund or replacement will become our property, and you agree that any unexpired part of this warranty on the replaced or refunded Product also transfers to us. Failure to send the damaged Product back to us may result in your being charged for the replacement Product at full retail price.

This limited warranty will not apply to any defect in the Product arising from fair wear and tear, accident, misuse, negligence by you or any third party, fire or other external causes, alterations or repair, commercial use or use of the Product in a way we do not recommend.

How to Obtain Service

Defective units

The consumer has to prove the Product is defective by emailing support@mogees.co.uk showing evidence of a defect. Customer service may ask you questions to determine your eligibility under this limited warranty, and if you are eligible you'll be given instructions for returning the defective Product. If it is determined that there is a defect, the consumer must post the unit in original packaging to:

Upon receipt of the Product by the Company, Mogees Limited will arrange postage of a replacement to the consumer. The customer will be reimbursed the cost of return postage by providing a scan or picture of the postage receipt to support@mogees.co.uk.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, Mogees Limited offers a refund to consumers if they’ve told the Company within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to be refunded. The consumer must return the Product in a resalable condition with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receiving the Product. Please notify support@mogees.co.uk of your return and send the Product to;

Mogees must refund the consumer within 14 days of receiving the Product.

 

Further Limitations

We are not liable for losses resulting from any breach of warranty or other breach of contractual duties unless otherwise specified below. Nothing in this limited warranty excludes or limits our liability for: (a) losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of warranty or other breach of contractual duties; (b) death or personal injury caused by our act or omission; and (c) losses arising from our fraud. Nothing in this limited warranty will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens' Advice Bureau. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from country to country.
