If you receive this message even though your Mogees sensor is plugged in, please follow these steps.
Close the App (double tap the home button then swipe the Mogees App screen up).
Disconnect your Mogees sensor.
Connect your headphones into the Mogees connector first.
Then re-insert the Mogees connector into your iOS device.
Re-open the application.
If you have a case or cover on your iOS device it may prevent the Mogees connector from being inserted all the way. Remove the case or cover and try connect your Mogees again.
If this does not work, please turn your iOS device on and off and repeat the above process.
