If you think that your Mogees sensor is not working, please follow these steps.
Plug your headphones into the Mogees connector then insert the Mogees connector into your iOS device.
Open the Mogees Pulse or Mogees Keys or Mogees Maestro app and you should hear sounds and see the screen flash or move as you play.
If this is not the case;
Close the App (double tap the home button then swipe the Mogees App screen up).
Disconnect your Mogees sensor.
Connect your headphones into the Mogees connector first.
Then re-insert the Mogees connector into your iOS device.
Re-open the application.
If you have a case or cover on your iOS device it may prevent the Mogees connector from being inserted all the way. Remove the case or cover and try connect your Mogees again.
If the above does not work, please turn your iOS device on and off and repeat the above process.
