If you do not think that the Mogees sensor or Pulse app is reacting to your playing, then go to the main menu of the application.
You should hear sounds and see the background images of the menu move as you tap the Mogees sensor.
If this is not the case;
Close the App (double tap the home button then swipe the Mogees App screen up).
Disconnect your Mogees sensor.
Connect your headphones into the Mogees connector first.
Then re-insert the Mogees connector into your iOS device.
Re-open the application.
Ensure that your Mogees sensor is firmly stuck to the object you wish to play.
If you have a case or cover on your iOS device it may prevent the Mogees connector from being inserted all the way. Remove the case or cover and try connect your Mogees again.
If the above does not work, please turn your iOS device on and off and repeat the above process.
If none of the above work, please complete the Mogees hardware test.
